Saturday we went to Grandma and Grandpa Olsons house for Kaydens party and the Coalville Demolition Derby. Kayden is now 7 and growing up so fast. He has the biggest heart of any kid I know. He loves to play games with Chandler as well as playing house with Braxton and Mylie. I don't know how or why, but when they play house, Kayden ends up being the family dog. Speaking of dogs....... Kayden had two wishes for his birthday.... a real dog, and a remote control helecopter. Guess which one he got? You guessed it.... the helicopter! Kayden is excited to start 2nd grade in a couple of weeks.

Kaydens 7th Birthday!Sunday we went to the Hogle Zoo with Grandma and Grandpa Swan to celebrate Braxtons birthday. Everywhere we went that day, Braxton made sure everyone knew it was his birthday and he was 4 years old! (Reminds me of the Bill Cosby story of the 4 year old on the air plane.) The zoo had a brand new baby giraffe. It was super cute! After melting in the sun at the zoo we came back home for cake and presents. Braxton has been obsessed with Lightning McQueen lately so we got him a bunch of the little cars from the movie. He can play with them for hours and then still wants to play more. Its hard to believe he is 4 already. He is such a tiny guy, it doesn't seem real. He is finally 30lbs and back ahead of Mylie by 1lb. Hopefully this year he will hit a growth spurt so he won't be the smallest kid in kindergarten next year. He has a great sense of humor and always keeps us laughing. He likes to be the "big kid" like his two older brothers, but still loves to play with his little sister... most of the time.
